Nancy Natalia Rogene, Ph.D.


Nancy Natalia Rogene is a renaissance woman of today, passionate about both people and the planet. Nancy has a lifelong focus on self- healing as well as healing others through psychotherapy and life coaching.

She is dedicated to working for racial justice in America and the world.

Nancy has been happily married and also joyfully single. She was a single Mom for many years, raising an amazing son and daughter who are now delightful, productive adults. She has also been blessed with two amazing grandchildren.

Nancy grew up in the Pacific Northwest and has lived all over the world, including Somalia, East Africa, Spain, Morocco, California, Hawai’i, and now lives in the beautiful state of Oregon.

She has enjoyed extensive travel to many parts of the world, including Japan, South Africa, Greece, Ireland, Italy, India, Cambodia, Mexico, the Netherlands, France, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Estonia.

Nancy has been an active and vibrant lay leader in two progressive churches, Church of the Crossroads in Honolulu, Hawaii, and Frog Pond Church (Meridian UCC) in Wilsonville, Oregon. She has completed 18 months of specialized training for pastoral leadership.

She has always loved school and education, receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University in Pullman, her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Sonoma State University and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2010 from Pacifica Graduate Institute located just outside Santa Barbara, California.
